updated controls

There's two control schemes: hold controls and tap controls. You can use both schemes on either gamepad or keyboard, and you don't have to change any settings to switch between them.

Hold controls: Joystick/WASD

Just hold the stick in the direction you want to go and the cube will continuously move towards that position.

On keyboard, you don't have as much granular control as an analog stick, but each combination of WASD keys corresponds to one tile. You'll be holding more than one key down to move to the diagonal positions.

Tap controls: Gamepad Bumpers/Arrow keys

This is changed from previous prototypes.

Instead of holding the direction you want to go, just tap once and your cube will then move. You consistently move one tile per beat of the song, which means your movement speed is faster if the song has a higher bpm. It's best to tap to the beat of the song.

Tapping left moves you clockwise, and right moves counterclockwise. This means the direction is reversed if you're on the ceiling of the tunnel.

In the pause menu, there's a setting called "Invert Ceiling Controls" which only affects tap controls. If you turn this on, the direction you move in is flipped if you're on the top three tiles, which means tapping left or right will consistently move you in the direction you pressed instead of clockwise or counterclockwise. Even though this seems more intuitive, i think it's actually more confusing, but you can try it out if you want.
